The Company has established and maintains a conflict of interest management policy to detect and manage situations that give rise or are likely to give rise to a conflict of interest in itsbusiness. The policy is based on a mapping of risks of potential conflicts of interest. The system put in place imposes, among other things, the obligation for each employee to inform the RCCI and the Management Board of any conflict of interest situation he or she may have detected. These situations and their treatment are recorded in a register used toupdate the mapping.
